Welcome to Dots – Strategy Game ("Dots", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Dots.

1. Eligibility

Dots is available to users of all ages. If you are under 13, you may only use Dots with parental or guardian consent.

2. Accounts

• You may play as a guest or sign in with Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from profile settings or at dotsstrategy.net/delete-account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or send offensive content to other players
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use Dots for any unlawful purpose

4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

• Dots may offer virtual coins, cosmetic items, and other in-app content.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred outside the app.
• Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Dots — including graphics, sounds, game mechanics, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Content

Any content you submit (nicknames, chat messages, reactions) must comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dots is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Dots.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dots at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using Dots and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest revision. Continued use of Dots after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
